Tibetan Youth Congress regional branches in North America endorse the boycott

The Conference of North American Regional Tibetan Youth Congress branches held at Portland, Oregon (August 17-18, 2002) passed the following resolution (No:5):

Organize "Boycott Chinese Good" action campaign on December 10, 2002, in New York City or in your own city. This event will be coordinated by Portland RTYC in conjunction with a major event in NYC or in their own locality.
